Front door into entrance porch which opens into a gorgeous large beamedliving roomwith a feature inglenook fireplace with an open fire hearth and is comfortably furnished with two large sofas, two arm chairs as well as a wall mounted TV and DVD player. Three steps lead into thedining kitchen. The bespoke woodenkitchenwith granite worktops is extremely well equipped with an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and separate fridge and freezer. The dining area comfortably seats six. A few more steps lead into a light and airyconservatorywhich is furnished with a sofa and double doors lead out to the rear terrace and the garden beyond. Just off the lounge and at the base of the stairs isbedroom threefurnished with3ft bunk beds, open hanging and a bedside table.

First floor:

Themaster double bedroomboasts two windows looking towards the River Dart and is furnished with a 5ft king bed, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe.En suite bathroomwith bath with shower attachment over, wash basin and WC.Family bathroomwith three quarter size bath with shower attachment over, wash basin and WC.

Second floor:

Attic bedroom two with a 4ft 6inch double bed, open hanging rail and chest of drawers as well as two velux windows which boast long distance views over the village and River Dart as well as over the rear garden. Please note that due to apex ceiling and exposed beams , head height is limited at each side of the bed.
